This page lists the third-party companies that NeoLook.ai works with to deliver the platform. These companies are called sub-processors — they handle some part of your data as part of delivering the service to you.
We have been deliberate about who we work with. Every company on this list is a recognised leader in their field. Each one operates under their own privacy and security policies, which we link to below so you can review them directly.
This list is maintained in accordance with the obligations described in the NeoLook.ai Terms of Service — specifically Annex 1, the Data Processing Agreement — and the Security and Privacy Policy. By accepting the NeoLook.ai Terms of Service, you have provided general authorisation for the engagement of the sub-processors listed here.
NeoLook.ai will update this list when sub-processors are added, replaced, or removed. Customers will be notified of material changes through the platform or by email to their registered address.
1. Infrastructure and Hosting
These are the companies that provide the physical and network infrastructure on which the NeoLook.ai platform runs.

2. Advertising Platform Connections
These are the advertising platforms you can connect to NeoLook.ai. Data is exchanged with these platforms only to the extent necessary to deliver the advertising management and intelligence features you use.

3. AI Processing
These are the AI service providers whose large language models and processing infrastructure power the intelligence features of the NeoLook.ai platform. Data sent to these providers is limited to what is necessary to generate the specific output requested.

These are the cloud and productivity platforms we use internally to build, operate, and manage the NeoLook.ai platform and our team's day-to-day operations.

5. Applicable Terms for Each Sub-Processor
Each sub-processor listed above is a globally recognised leader in its field and maintains independently audited, publicly available security certifications and compliance frameworks. NeoLook.ai does not conduct separate security evaluations of these providers.
Each sub-processor's own security and privacy policy applies individually and exclusively to their scope of data processing. When you connect a third-party platform during setup, the data processing terms of that platform apply to all data exchanged with it. You are encouraged to review each sub-processor's policy directly via the links provided above.
Data is transferred to sub-processors only to the extent necessary for the delivery of the specific Service feature associated with that sub-processor. Sub-processors do not receive access to data beyond what is required for their defined function.
6. Changes to This List
NeoLook.ai reserves the right to engage new sub-processors, replace existing sub-processors, or remove sub-processors from this list as the platform evolves. We will provide customers with reasonable advance notice of any such change through the platform or by email. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent change.
Customers who object to the engagement of a new sub-processor on reasonable data protection grounds may raise their concern with us at [email protected]. The process for handling such objections is described in the NeoLook.ai Terms of Service.
